Next Level Tents, the Hudson Valley’s premium provider of event and wedding rentals, is proud to announce the acquisition of Paramount Event Rentals, a respected name in the local event industry.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Next Level Tents’ position as a leading full-service event rental company, expanding its inventory, service area, and client base across the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and surrounding regions.

Under the agreement, Next Level Tents has acquired Paramount’s inventory, customer lists, 2026 event bookings. Paramount’s owners, Josh and Mike have provided tremendous support during this transition. It has been a pleasure working with them for the past three years.

Clients with existing bookings will continue to receive exceptional service and support, now backed by Next Level Tents’ expanded operations team and premium event infrastructure.
